Problem sapphire premiere pro

Hi, I've just installed the Sapphire plug-in for premiere pro and when I use an effect on a video rush a red cross appears on my video as well as on export. How can I fix this problem?

    Ann's correct ... as always, I'd note! ... and you need to check the Boris control panel/licensing applet (I believe they have their own like the Maxon/RedGiant I use) ... and perhaps communicate with their Help.

     

    They're pretty good about helping.

      A red cross usually means it either a trial version or you did not licensed the plugin.
