Problem shooting 4k with Filmic Pro

Hi guys,

Im a bit lost with the recording problem Im facing. I am trying to shoot in 4k for quality purposes as Im building a portfolio to try to sell footage to stock agencies. At my current state of budget I can only shoot with my smartphone and try to clean image as much as possible. Usually recording goes smoothly in other light situations, but when a shoot with light aiming directly to the sensor in a low light-high contrast scene, the image "breaks". It produces like a stutter while playing it later. At first I thought it could be my computer lacking speed to playback heavy data but I play it frame by frame on Premiere and the stutter is attached to the image, it seems.

Look some examples:

1- https://ibb.co/wJ50JNr

In this frame level of noise/stutter is acceptable. Below de elbow there is some but manageable.

2- https://ibb.co/HNgrHKj

Few frames later the image "breaks". There are zones of the image that are completely unusuable.

3- https://ibb.co/gm3WkST

Another example

And this happens if I shoot a sunset or any other similar situation.

I know my recording conditions are not optimal at all but I don't understand what is happen. Is it my playback/graphic card?, lack of codecs. I need some guidance to know how to look it up. I haven't found other facing a similar situation.

Im using FilmicPro app with a Oneplus 3, which is fairly old (2016)

Can someone help me?

Are those shots variable frame rate? Post a screenshot of MediaInfo in tree view.

I don't know how to get the MediaInfo in tree view. Could you explain me how to do that?

It was a fixed frame rate. 24fps
