problem with AAF export

I recorded in stereo.  I used a google pixel and camera's with audio into camera.  I cant export an AAF for pro tools. I have tried to just export a wave file of my dialouge channel.  It opens in pro tools as a composite (everything mixed together).  The only soloution ive gotten from support is to take each clip and seperate L & R channel from original clips.  This would take forever to re esemble the timeline.  There has to be a better way.  I've tried OMF, Wave, AAF.  My audio design person at this point only has the guide track to work with and try to clean up audio.
