Problem with creating 60fps interpreted to 23.976 proxies from Premiere to Media encoder version

When I try to create proxies from 60 fps files I have already interpretted to 23.976 in premiere and they get sent to media encoder the files will freeze halfway through exporting in media encoder. I used to have to manually reinterpret the footage in media encoder and this would do the trick to get my slo motion proxies but now media encoder attempts to interpret the footage for you to 23.976 and it messed up and freezes halfway through. The problem seems to be with media encoder bc I'm now using the work around of creating my transcodes in 2023 media encoder and interpretting the 60fps to 23.976 in there and then manually reconnecting in the new premiere pro. Would love if this bug could be addressed in next versions.
