Problem with cropping and dragging clips on Premiere Pro

Hello im having an annonying problem with cropping on premiere pro

Everytime i want to crop something and drag it to the other clip i need to really zoom in and drag the clip to the other one and in the start of the project it wasnt like that

Before this happened i could drag the clip and it was just automatic

Its like need to stick to the other clip

See the upside down u-shaped magnet icon on the track header bar? The icon that's gray?

 

That means it's been turned off. And it controls 'snapping' on the timeline.

 

Click it so it turns blue and you'll be snapping again.
