Problem with exporting my video into mp4 for Youtube.

Yesterday i made a video for youtube on Xspilt broadcaster. I managed to edit the video on Adobe succesfully, but when i tried to convert/export it into a mp4 file for youtube, it can't open anymore?? I have tried twice now, and both times it took 3-4 hours for absoloutely nothing.. Please someone help

I solved the problem myself. I had chosen a wrong FPS when i exported i think.

Nobody knows anything? I would really appreciate any form for help, i can give more information if it is needed, i just can't find any other forum who would actually answer me..

If the original has variable framerate convert to constant framerate ( not bitrate) with HandBrake

before bringing it into Premiere.

Also post a screenshot of your export settings with left tab to output with a visible image.
