Problem with exporting video Premier Pro 24

Premier Pro 24 does not allow video export - the program starts to consume a lot of computer resources, there is a strong load on the processor and memory and the program closes. Windows 11, 26 GB of memory, a lot of free space, and in general the computer is quite powerful. I tried to export via Media Encoder - the same thing. I deleted the cache manually. What could be the reason?
