Problem with Frame Size and aspect ratio

I'm trying to create a clip with a 16:9 ratio, optimal for YouTube. In trying to create a sequence in 10080p, it gives me a size of 1280x1080, which isn't true 1080. Upon trying to change it to 1920x1080, the aspect ratio turns from 16:9 to 8:3. Trying with 1280x720, I get a similar aspect ratio. How can I fix this?

Set the Pixel Aspect Ration to 1 (Square) and then set your frame dimensions.
