Problem with key Alt+mouse wheel for stretching sequence

After I use the alt+wheel key to stretch the sequence window, the mouse wheel stops working to move around the sequence. I have to click to activate the sequence window to continue working. This happened after the last two updates. Any suggestions how to fix it?
