Problem with key frames - suddenly don't work - PLEASE HELP

I key-framed a Quicktime animation to change position, scale and rotation on top of another clip.

Everything was working fine. Now suddenly the key-fames don't work and the animation remains static. The key frames are still marked and the box moves as I scrub along the timeline but the animation itself stays in the same place. Any suggestions/feedback? Im desperate
