Problem with load sound

I have problem with load sound..if I load clip to source monitor not load all sound if is long clip about 5 minutes..load only 60 or 70 %..sometimes yes all..I Use 2018 version..in previous versoin work normaly..pleas where is the problem?

Yes I waiting long time but nothing..if rename clip then load corectly but is problem more time for editing

and sometimes does not fit the sound of the image
