Problem with pale and dull colors on Mac after export (no matter if from Windows or Mac exported)

Hello,

I'm having constantly the problem, that exported files out of Premiere (and also AfterEffects) do not match the colors.

When I work in Windows, it always looks good. As long as I am not opening the file on a mac.

You can see here a screengrab on a new MacBook.

The left side is exported Tiff, opened in Photshop, the right side is how it looks in Premiere before exported.

Inside Premiere it's exactly the same look like on Windows.

So how can this happen? How to fix that?
