Problem with Proxies and Color Correcting: I Have to Toggle Off Proxies to Preview Changes

Hi there,

Whenever I'm color correcting (or adding/modifying any kind of effect) I'm not able to see the changes in real time. I either have to toggle off proxies or render the clip before seeing how my modifications are actually affecting the clip.

Here's a screen recording of this issue in action: https://vimeo.com/652952146/4c70c91c0d

Specs, if needed:

C4K footage shot on Panasonic S5, HLG (clip interpreted to Rec. 709 AND timeline in Rec. 709)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X  8-core 3.7GHz.

RAM: 32GB

GPU: MSI Radeon RX 570 8GB

The proxies do not always seem to get the transforms applied to them in Pr2022. I'm testing this out over the next few days myself. Not sure how this is working in a practical sense.

The strange thing is that I can see changes taking place while the proxies are enabled, which made me think that the color correcting I was doing was working, but then I go to render and it's totally off.

Currently neither the render nor export processes are working as we would expect if the clip and the sequence do not have the same CM settings.

And proxies made from clips even after they are set with an override are not necessarily made with that override. It's ... not quite correct.

EDIT: The only thing I can think of is that I created proxies before interpreting the footage as Rec 709. I'm using the newest version of Adobe, and the footage was interpreted in a different color space before I manuallly changed it.
