Problem with Red Giant Universe (Premiere CC 2015)

Hi there!

I have a big problem with Red Giant Universe. I've installed all plugins and everything seems alright. When I open Adobe Premiere CC 2015, I go to effects>video effects>RG Video Stylize>RetroGrade. I add the RetroGrade effect to the video, but nothing happens, it doesn't work. I tried to uninstall/re-install the plugins several times, I tried to rename the plugins with "Bulk Rename Utility", I tried to copy the plugins to the desktop while I open Premiere holding SHIFT key... and nothing happens. I've spent many hours in the last 4 days and I don't know what else to do.

Can anyone help me, please? I really apreciate any help.

Thanks a lot!

I re-installed everything (Red Giant Universe and Adobe Premiere) more than 10 times, but nothing.

Do you know any possible reason? Why it could be?

Thank you.

I'm curious if you try updating to Premiere Pro CC 2019 whether the plugin would work there.

Honestly, CC 2015 is pretty old, and I just checked Red Giant's blog and they give all indications that Universe is workable/usable in the current version of PPro, along with the latest version of MacOS, etc.

Hi! Thanks for answering!

Well, I updated to Premiere Pro CC 2019 but still nothing, is the same like in CC 2015. The thing is that, I install the plugins, everything seems ok, but when I add the effect, nothing happens.

Any other possible solution?

Thanx!

Are you updated to the latest version of Red Giant?
