problem with selections under “Markers"

I'm on PPro 24.1.0 on a Mac Studio M2, The selections I see under “MARKERS” DO NOT include “Show Sequence markers” or “Show Clip Markers” or “Ignore selection TC” as I see in the Adobe tutorial. I only see “Show all Markers in Sequence”. Anyone know whats up with that?
