problem with swiftly studio transistions

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A TRANSITION PACK FROM SWIFTLY STUDIO. AND I CANT USE MOST OF THE TRASITIONS. IM STUCK!! ANYONE HELP PLEASE.. THIS IS HURTING MY WORK FLOW. TO WHOM EVER THIS MAY CONCERN. THANK MYOU IN ADVANCE.

I know that my answer is out of date, but I want you to know. Swiftly Studio are real SCAMMERS! They are simply illegally reselling other people's products. For example, "their" package of 850 seamless transitions is essentially my product for which they changed the box. You can buy the original seamless transitions package only here.
