Hello community, the problem that I present is with some of the programs of the suite, the performance of the equipment when using the premiere pro, affter efects, photoshop, the performance in the processing of the projects are slow. A video of 2 minutes takes to render or export from one to two hours approximately.

The characteristics of my equipment are: Processor AMD Ryzen7 2700X to 3.70Ghz; Memory RAM 16GB, 500GB Mechanical Hard Drive, Operating System Windows 10 Pro version 1803. I configure some parameters in preferences but does not improve performance. Help.

You definitely need more hard drives. It is suggested that nothing is stored on your main drive except the OS and Premiere and it's preferable that this drive is an SSD. Media and projects should live on a separate drive, preferably a RAID0, and a 2nd SSD fro Cache and exports.

    Hey Carlos,

Good advice from Christian. Please also make sure your GPU is enabled for hardware acceleration in File > Project Settings. Come back after adding more hard drives and enabling your GPU.

    Thanks,
    Kevin
