Problem with timeline premiere pro

Hi everyone, I have a recurrent problem in Premiere pro (v14.9.0)

I work on my video project and then the cursor doesn't move as I would.

So, I shut the software but after when I open the soft again, the timeline no longer appears (we can see that on my screenshot). 

I can restart my computer nothing changes.

Do you have some ideas to fix it ?
