Problemas com áudio.

Hey guys!
I have an audio problem and I don't know if it's in my structure or if it's in the Adobe Premiere update.
I record stereo audio, the camera shows the stereo audio track, the timeline in premiere shows stereo,
but I have received some reports from customers that, on some devices,
there is no audio or only some noise. The entire physical structure was revised and the problem persists. We are using "fill left to right" as a palliative measure. Can anyone give me direction on this?

Great catch, Richard!

I had that happen with some lav mics I purchased ... inexpensive ones to use in situations where I wanted a mic up close, but might lose it, right? And ... um ... wow, that was problematic. So I got to learn all about this tech issue ... in the middle of a project, of course.

I KNOW you test everything, and I had, well ... mostly ... 😉

Everyone's mileage always varies ...

There is a good chance that your audio is 'out of phase'. As you have found fill left with right will fix it.

It is most likely being caused by using an XLR balanced mic, which has three wires Earth, Live and Return plugged into a 3.5 mm camera socket, which also has three wires. These are unballanced Earth, Left and Right. What happens is that the camera records two track stereo but the tracks are out of phase so when played on any mono equipment the audio will cancel out and you will hear very little. If this is your issue you will need to buy a correctly wired cable fopr your mic.

Hi Richard. Thanks man!

It makes sense. I will do some tests.

I hope to bring good news.
