J'ai actuellement un problème lorsque j'ouvre un fichier dans Premiere Pro: Le logiciel ne réponds plus et je ne peut cliquer nul part. J'ai déjà retiré le cache média: rien à faire.

Hi Thom',

Sorry for the issue. As recommended by MtD, resetting the preferences will resolve the issue or you can try the following steps:

1. Go to the following location in the machine

2. In Windows, C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\11.0 (Or)

In Mac, Documents > Adobe > Premiere Pro > 11.0

3. Rename the 11.0 folder to Old_11.0

4. Launch Premiere Pro, Create a new project(do not open Old projects) & test.
