probleme de transcription sur premiere aucun dialogue trouvé

I can no longer get a transcription in order to create subtitles for a video. I've checked that the language is set to French, selected the correct audio track, and even tried other clips or audio tracks that worked before, but when I start a transcription, at the end it says 'no dialogue found'. I’m using the latest update. Can anyone help?

On Adobe Premiere Pro 24.6.1 I cannot do transcription to create subtitles. every time I try it tells me that there is no dialogue. I tried with different videos, and its intelligible. when I manage to start the transcription, it calculates and then tells me that there is no dialogue.
