Problemi con Audio in fase di montaggio

Buongiorno, ho il seguente problema: Quando avvio il lavoro in fase di montaggio, capita anche sovente che improvvisamente mi salta l'audio, mentre il video continua la riproduzione. Devo stoppare, tornare indietro e rcominciare per poter riascoltare il lavoro che sto eseguendo.
Il problema ce l'ho solo quando lavoro con Adobe Premiere Pro. Con qualsiasi altro programma, non riscontro nessun problema con l'audio.

Lavoro su una macchina con scheda madre DELL 0K240Y con audio integrato. Ho allegato un reporto dell'hardware del PC se questo può aiutare.

    Sto provando a lavorare con le impostazioni proxy, e sembra funzionare. L'unico problema è che ho diversi video con il canale Alpha trasparente che con il proxy mi mette lo sfondo nero, ma risolvo disabilitando temporaneamente il proxy per esaminare la sincronia delle immagini per poi riabilitarla.
    Funziona.

    not sure how well it work to mix proxy formats, but there is a prores format that supports an alpha channel...Is it Prores4444?   and much more responsive than the quicktime animation format...  You can also probably generate a clip with just the alpha channel to use to composite...  Not a simple workflow.   Glad you're getting over the hump...  This forum is an amazing resource...

    Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

    If that doesn't work, try resetting the preferences:

    If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
    Reset a workspace
    Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
    1. Do one of the following:
    • Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
    • Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

    If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

    If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver)

    If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

    Grazie, tutte le operazioni che suggerisci le ho provate, ma non cambia nulla.

    L'unica cosa che devo ancora provare é l'aggiornamento dei driver Nvidia.

    Provo e ti faccio sapere.

    please tell us the various source formats and your sequence settings.   Compressed sources such as h264, hvec, etc can demand a lot of system resources and sometimes a proxy workflow is necessary to keep the system responsive...  I suggest you use a format like prores proxy where each frame is discreet and the audio is uncompressed...    Also, mixing audio sampling rates particularly with formats which compress the audio can also cause problems...  You might also investigate "render and replace" which locks in your render until you need to adjust the edit...  If you use a high res "mezzanine" format like prores 422, you can then use the previews when you export...

    Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:

    Vi ringrazio per i suggerimenti, ma non credo abbiate capito il problema.

    Le clip che compongono la sequenza sono senza audio. L'audio é stato inserito dopo (sottofondo musiocale, e voce registrata dopo), audio non collegato alle clip.

    In totale le clip sono un centinaio, un mix tra video e immagini.

    Quando vado i riproduzione, non succede sempre nel medesimo punto. Improvvisamente, senzo saltare l'audio, a volte si tratta del sottofondo musicale, a volte solo il commento. E capita pure che saltino entrambi le piste audio, continuando regolarmente la riproduzione video.
    Complesso da spiegare...

    Hey Guiseppe,

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Could you mark the in an out points, go to Sequence > Render In to Out and let us know if the playback improves? If that does not help, please share your source file properties (Project Panel > Right-click on media > Properties).

    Ho provato a fare il Rendering ad una porzione del video di 30 secondi in entrata e in uscita.

    Quella fetta che prima presentava il problema, dopo il rendering il difetto non si presenta più. Ma la sequenza completa dura più 30 minuti, e randerizzare il tutto è lunga, e quando chiudo il progetto per riaprirlo il giorno dopo, dovrei rifare il rendering.
