Problems after export video

Hello,

I have recently had problems with Adobe Premiere Pro 2023.
After exporting when it is finished, I see an error report as below (excuse is in Dutch)

Why is this? and how can i solve the problem?
I have already exported 2 times before but I get these problems again.

I can't open the project in the 2020 version either, where I never had this problem, otherwise I would have done it with my old version.
