Problems in opening timelines with interpreted footage from previous versions of PR

I usually wait a long time to update PR and AE, since I have had really bad experiences with both software updates in the past, but recently I updated Premiere to it's latest release, 15.4.1. What can I say, I like new things, when they work.

The problem I'm facing is related to opening projects created in versions 14.x.x with interpreted footages in them. All of the clips which were selected from interpreted footage in versions 14.x.x have lost their in-out points when opened in PR 15.x.x, and drifted for several seconds. Most of short clips have a striped pattern in the timeline, indicating that the current in-out points represents a selection that is out of the clip's current timecode range. There's an example attached.

Really annoying behavior...basically, just lost my past edits since I can't open and make adjustments in any projects from before updating.
So now I keep both versions installed on my system. And I really, really wish I didn't have to.
