Problems syncing audio from Protools with 60fps in Premiere Pro CC 2017

Help! I don't know what to do.

I'm trying to sync an audio track recorded on Protools 10 with a video shot on a Nikon D810 at 60fps. Usually I have no problems since we record using a metronome, so audio and video sync without a problem; but this time, when I align the clicker from the audio with the clicker from de video it starts off well, but about one minute into the video it starts lagging. It's as if the track tempo was changed slightly (even though it wasn't). I already tried changing the video's playback speed and it gets a bit better if I playback at 102% but it doesn't completely solve it, it just takes a bit longer to start lagging.

Has anyone had issues with this too? HAAAAAALPPPPP!!!

Was the video shot at 60fps or 59.94fps, it could be Premiere is reading the frame rate incorrectly. You could try and modify the frame rate to 59.94 and see if it makes a difference.

And it is also important to know if the ProTools session was done at 60 FPS or at 59.94 FPS.

Protools session is at 80bpm, which is the tempo we recorded at. I checked with a metronome the video tempo and it's running at 79bpm, something went wrong while recording with the camera's audio. That's the only thing I can think of.

Is the audio imported as a .wav file?

Yes, it's .wav

OK.

The only thing that comes to mind that would cause this is a clock error on the recording device.  I've seen this often with some DAR's, but I would not expect that from a computer.  Unfortunately, the only idea I have is some general troubleshooting.
