Problems to create video a 25fps start from frames

Hi everyone,

I don't use Premiere much so I don't know it well, but I wanted to solve a problem: they asked me to make a video at 25fps starting from frames (about 8000), but when I throw them on the timeline I get a video of about 11 hours (5 seconds per frame): how do I tell them that the images must last 1/25 of a second each?
