Problems to export in Premiere

I can´t export my full edited video. When I mark the timeline and export (it normally always works) it only includes Sequence 1 (which shall be right but it is only one picture). Anyone who has an idea what I´m doing wrong?

set up your Source Range correctly in export settings (see attached)
