Problems transcribing subtitles

Hello, I need help to solve the problem that Adobe Premier is not transcribing the titles of my videos. It shows me a message that says, the source was not transcribed. What can I do?

    What version of PR are you using?

    I don't see how you can get the timecodes with that message.
