Problems using Warp Stabiliser on nested clips

Hi, i've allways known that you can't use warp stabilisation with a clip that you have changed the speed. So up untill now i have use nest on clips that i modified the speed and then used the warp stabilisation, and i have never got any problems with that. Today out of the blue when i applied the warp stabiliser to the nested clip premier just closed. I've uppdated premier pro and nothing, when i apply the effect premier crashes and shuts down.

Can somebody help me with this?
