PROBLEMS WHEN EXPORTING

Hi, my videos are not exporting properly, i dont know how to call this problem exactly but the frames semm to be doubuled or blurry, on the preview every clip runs smooth and it is perfect but when i export the error happens. If someone knows how to fix this i will really appreciate the help

Set both sequence and export to Progressive fields, and most likely your problem has been solved.

It's unusual to have HD interlaced footage with Lower Field First. What is your source material?

Your issue looks like an interlace mismatch. If you could dropbox a short sample of the footage we could have a look.
