PROBLEMS WITH 608 AND 708 CAPTIONS

After Premiere updated to 15.0 the captions 608 and 708 don't work properly.

I created a project, I add the captions 608 and 708, I exported with embed in Output File.

As you can see in the photo, on the left it is the original project with 3 text of captions. On the right it is after I exported, appering only 2 text of captions.

I've already talk to the support. I've uninstall and install again. I've download the beta version. So far, nothing worked. I don´t know why this is happening. I work in a TV Station and the project settings for the timeline and export to MXF are the same, but after the update they don't work anymore.
