Problems with Adobe Premier Crashing

Question

Our videographer is having problems with Adobe Premier crashing when trying to run 4K video (edit, encode) and I noticed he has Adobe Premier 2019 and Adobe Premier CC 2018 both installed and I was wondering if that may be part of the problem.

Hi James B,Sorry for the errors.No, having two versions installed should do no harm. As far as the crashing goes:Did you generate a crash report? If so, can you upload it so I can inspect it?If you are getting a hang or "spinning beach ball," and did not generate a crash report, can you describe exactly what you were doing to make the application hang?Info helps: FAQ: What information should I provide when asking a question on this forum?
