Problems with audio

My premier pro have problems about audio when review ( glitch or delay sound ) . I tried to switch another version ( PP CC 2020 , PP CC 2021 ) and reset preference but the problems still there . How do i can fix that? ( My setting latency is 200).

Make sure Default Input in the Audio Hardware in the Preferences is set to No Input.
