Problems with audio playback and Vertex Pin

My Premiere 2024 started having problems with the audio. Audio reproduction, both isolated and integrated with the video, now reproduces voices with a metallic (robotic) and slow sound. Making the use of the program unfeasible. Furthermore, the Vertex Pin effect, when applied, does not work, presenting the image where it is placed, with red and white checkers. I'm using the Beta version for now, but it also has some problems that prevent me from working continuously and quickly. I would like a solution to both problems. Downgrading the version does not solve the problem, as many files have already been generated in the most current version.

O meu Premiere 2024 passou a apresentar problemas com o áudio. A reprodução de áudio, tanto isolada, como integrada ao vídeo, passou a reproduzir as vozes com som metálico (robótico) e lento. Inviabilizando a utilização do programa. Além disso, o efeito Pino de Vértice, quando aplicado não fuciona, apresentando a imagem onde é colocado, com quadriculados vermelhos e brancos. Estou utilizando a versão Beta por enquanto, mas esta também possui alguns problemas que não me deixam trabalhar de forma contínua e rápida. Gostaria de uma solução para ambos os problemas. Fazer downgrade de versão não soluciona, pois muitos arquivos já foram gerados na versão mais atual.
