problems with BORIS FX images restoration rendering in Premiere pro CS 5.5

I hope whoever will read this post is safe and helthy!!!

I use premiere pro CS5.5 (I know is very old!!!!) and I have the BORIS FX image restoration plugin kit. When I render the effect, the project doesn't 'hold' the render. After 1 second that the render finish, it disappears. Do you have any idea what is the problem?
