problems with export in premiere

Hola!

Estoy teniendo un problema al exportar, me aparece un cartel que dice error al compilar la película, error de procesador acelerado, no se puede producir el fotograma, etc. Código de error: -1609629695.

Ya intenté cerrando y volviendo a abrir el programa, muchas veces. También hice modificaciones y eliminé los clips que estaban en menor calidad, solo me quedaron clips que están en 4k, y estoy intentando exportar en 4k o incluso en calidades mas bajas UHD, HD. En cada intento aparece el mismo cartel.

Alguna solución??

I believe this is a GPU Render Error Code

Try a few things first.

1. Create a completely new project and sequence and copy the original sequence into the new sequence/project

If not successful, do the usual problem resolving tasks :

2. Clear Media Cache, Reset Preferences and Reset Workspace.

3. Try exporting a very short part of your sequence with In and Out points set. Does it still fail?

You don't say what platform (PC/Mac) or Premiere Version you are working on or details on the 4K Media

If no luck, give us a full decription of your system and media etc

You could also try uninstalling Premiere Pro and Media Encoder and re-installing them with same versions (assuming you are using the latest versions)
