problems with h264 export

Use PP since 14 years on my workstation.

Now I'm travelling, and have to do some work. Downloaded last CC version on my laptop (just 1 hard drive and a huge SDCard.

have a simple and small project

original stuff is a mp4 file

no effects, nothing special

but cant export to h.264 (look at the photos)

Whats wrong here? (see screenshots below).

tried different names and folders to export
