Problems with import XML

When I import XML from Davinci to Premiere. It keeps stuck at 70% and the FCP report keeps showing the in-point on editing is invalid and the in-point is reset to 0. Seriously I don't know what that means. This xml file can be opened in Final Cut Pro but just not in Premiere.

And to figure out what this problem is I even export video-only timeline xml from Davinci. This time the FCP report doesn't show up but still keeps stuck at 70%. The xml cannot be opened.
