Problems with opening tutorials files

Good afternoon 

I'm working on some of the tutoials in premiere pro and I'm geting a convert project come up on screen saying ( This project was saved from a previous of adobe premiere pro and must be corverted. the original project file will not be modifed )

I have used 7-ZIP to corverted the file and thid has not worked I'm having this issues with all the files I'm downloading the premiere pro  version I'm using is premiere pro 2020  cc I have attach the file
