Problems with rendering

Hey, everybody. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. The video format is 1080x1920. The original video is 1920x1080. I changed it to the required one (resized it and used Transform to animate the frame zoom on certain parts. The render turns out very soapy, although other people who do the same thing are fine with it. Render parameters:
