Problems with Sound in Premiere Pro 2020

Is anyone else experiencing this: no matter what I do, reupload, exit and restart or updating the program I am getting no sound from premiere pro when editing clips. I checked my computer and the audio is fine, I tried headphones and even then there is no audio. Will this be fixed soon because I need it asap for work.

Did you tell your professor that this assignment caused problems?  but regardless, thanks for posting your solution.

I have actually solved the problem. After downloading NDI 4 tools for a class asignment my audio map output changed to the NDI system. Once changed everything worked fine.
