Problems with warp stabaliser

Hi there, first post on here but having major issues with the warp stabaliser effect, given the project i am doing it is very essential. The problems are different depending on the clip it is applied too. They are all the same frame rate, rez. On the clip i have just tried, it has adjusted the position of the clip but also completely cropped parts off it, leaving it unusable. I am not sure where i have gone wrong and if anyone else has had this problem, i have tried a number of different effect settings and come to no fix. Any help from the community would be greatly appreciated :).

Correct answer Jeff Bellune

The warp stabilizer needs to rotate and pan the clip to stabilize it. Then it has to zoom and crop to prevent the frame edges from showing. If the original clip is very shaky, there will be a lot of rotating and panning and zooming and cropping, which will produce the issue you are seeing.

I agree with Jeff Bellune. The Warp Stabilizer may not work for clips that are too badly shaking.

It can fix some shake issues, but can't perform miracles.
