Production Panel not refreshing

Hi everyone!

As the title suggests, my production panel doesn't refresh whenever I create, rename or move a project inside Productions environment. Also, when I use my colleagues computers (same production project) I don't have this problem. It's quite frustrating having to close-open the production panel everytime I need to use it.

I'm running Premiere Pro  2023 on a W11 notebook (Lenovo Legion 5 15ITH6H) with no storage server. Just a computer and an external Lacie disk, but the productions project is in my internal SSD.

What I noticed rn is that I'm the only one running W11 while the other computers where I had no issues are W10... so that may be something to look after but I honestly don't know.
