Program "Crash" on Launch

When I attempt to launch my premiere, it just doesn't start. I see the loading screen with the artwork, but there is nothing after that. I'm on the latest version, my graphics card driver is on the latest version, my PC software (windows 11) is on the latest version.
Not sure what's happening.
Someone help lol

Confirming: "it" = PPro beta 23.5, yes?

It tells me to hit OK after launching a debugger. I don't see a debugger.

All beta apps are available, from within CC Desktop.

Rolling back to V23.2 does not work. I also do not see a 23.5 beta. Could you direct me towards it?

Thanks for the details.
You say this began with the recent update, but that update is 23.3...

I had meant to ask, which version of PPro has, most recently, launched successfully on this system; that would be 23.2, yes?

If so...does rolling back to 23.2 solve the issue?

Any luck launching the current PPro Beta (23.5.0x15), on the same configuration?

What version of PPro?
Did PPro ever launch successfully on this system?
If so, what version of of PPro launched successfully? What has changed about your system, since PPro last launched successfully?
What graphics card are you using? Specifically, what driver?
