Program monitor gets blurry when pausing clip

Hi there,

something really strange is happening since the update to 13.0.1.

My program monitor is always blurry as if I would edit an 360p clip in fullscreen mode. The resolution of my 1080p footage is set to FULL. I am not using any proxies. My timeline is fully rendered. Here is the problem: I'm trying to color correct my shots. But that now seems impossible, because for that I have to stop the video and the footage in my program monitor becomes blurry again. Do you have any idea, why this bug is appearing?  I'm using a second screen for my program monitor but even if I put the program window back into my iMac screen nothing changes.
