Program monitor not remotely displaying colors accurately

The last month or so i've been running into an issue where the preivew monitor is under exposing footage the second I place it on the timeline. The left is the source monitor and the right is the program monitor. When I open a new document and drag it in it still happens with existing sequence settings. On export it looks like the source monitors footage, but it makes it really difficult to color match or do any kind of work in the program as it stands.This screen shot was done on the same monitor. I've attempted to reinstall the program and it still happens. Older documents seem to be running into the same issue as well.  Does anyone know what might be happening?
