Program monitor turns Black including other views like reference monitor!

Please help,

I was working for two days straight without problems. I changed my sequence resolution and now everything turns black. I know that i can turn CUDA off and run software only but that is too slow for my project. It is really annoying because i have a deadline today.

My hardware:
i7 1075h
RTX 3070 Mobile
16gb ram

working from external SSD with usb-c connection.

I have updated all my graphics drivers etc. I am also on the latest version of premiere pro.
