Program Panel flickers when editing in Version 23

I am using Windows 11, 32 gigs of RAM, Nvidia RTX 3060 12 gigs of memory. i7 processor, 2.9 Ghz

Premiere version 23.6.

When editing, Ripple edit, Rolling edit, etc, the Program Panel flickers terribly.

I updated my video driver. Still no good. I uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared the cache.

I installed version 22.4.6 and that version works fine.

Might want to turn off:

Composite preview during trim (wrench timeline).

I tried you suggestion again. I looking at the wrong wrench. It did stop the flicker, but I do want the composite view.

Thanks for your help. Maybe I will have to live with it for now.

If you double-click on a cut, you will get trim view.

Sorry about the issue. Are you seeing this issue with a specific file or project? Could you share a screen recording of the issue? Thanks.

Hi Kartika, Attached is a video. When I try any kind of Trim or Edit the Program panel flickers.

Everything is fine with Version 22. Thanks for your help.
