Program Panel trim mode time code overlay is too large

Working in trim mode in the Program panel, the time code overlay is WAY too big. I can't even see the frame count. Can this be adjusted?

      NOTE: I figured out why it's happening. My laptop recommended scaling with my display resolution set to its recommended level.  When I do that, the timecode gets abnormally large.  So if this is happening to you, the culprit is in your PC's Display Settings.
