Program Stops Responding During Save

I've noticed this for several versions of Premiere Pro now, spanning two graphics cards and Windows versions, wondering if this is widespread or just me... But when it saves, like 80% of the time, the program stops responding for 2 seconds, then it saves. It just always gives me a little scare. Maybe that's what they want? lol, I dunno. But I think it started around the update where they added GFX card support for h.264 decoding. I'm on AMD, 3080 Ti, 32GB RAM, Windows 11.
